    Up for consideration is a Washington the national capital souvenir book copyright 1897 by J. Marie Jordan publisher, in Philadelphia. The first page shows the inauguration of President McKinley on March 4, 1897. Other pictures include the capital, Senate chamber, house of representatives, supreme court, executive mansion, Washington monument, bureau of engraving and printing, US treasury, patent office, post office department, and many more photographs. The cover as seen in the last picture has come off and is in two pieces. If the new owner wishes to fix it then they may do so. I don’t want to mess with the integrity of this beautiful document.
