Handmade Patriotic Wall Quilt Table Topper Patriotic Scrappy Star Wall Art 23”

Description

This quilted table topper/wall hanging was made by me.
It is made of cotton fabrics and machine sewn and machine quilted.
It measures approximately 23 ½”.
I used red white and blue cotton fabrics. The binding is a solid blue fabric, the same as the inner border.
The backing is a white fabric with a blue print.
I have sewn a sleeve for hanging, which you can use a dowel rod or a hanging rod or you can use as a table topper.
I used a stipple stitch for the quilting.

It?s always best to use the shopping cart, ask for a new invoice, and pay for all items at the same time.
I do pack my items well, but, I do not include insurance in the shipping and handling, to keep the shipping prices lower.
Priority mail automatically has insurance included in their shipping prices.  I charge you what the US postal service charges.
I recycle boxes, when needed, so the buyer doesn?t have to pay for them.
On unbreakable items, I normally charge a 20-40 cents handling charge.  International, usually 25-50 cents, depending on the item.
Payment is expected within 3 days.  International bidders are responsible for any charges outside ebay, customs, taxes, etc.
