No signs of engine being started, turbo exhaust is totally clean. I have not hooked up CAT ET to the ECM so I don’t know if it has any logged running hours.
This engine was intended to be used by a mayor defense contractor in development of a new anfibios vehicle for the US Marines. However they lost the development contract to their competitors.
