All shipments are shipped insured. If an item arrive damage or is lost in shipment, please contact me and I will submit a claim to the carrier. I only ask that you provide a written message describing the damage, condition of the box and pictures of the broken item. You will receive a refund for the damaged item.  Postage cannot be refunded.
