Souvenir Washington DC Capitol Building Metal Japan Brass? 5" x 3 1/4" Japan

Souvenir of the Capitol Building in Washington DC may be brass, but I don't know. It measures 5" by 3 1/4". It has Made in Japan on the back and has been around for a while. It is non magnetic and is very heavy. It has the look of old brass on the front and like copper on the back. It's a little battered, one side is bent up a little, little tarnish on the front.

I live in Delaware, it may take several business days to two weeks for your item to arrive, depending on how it was shipped and where you live. I always email you when I have shipped your item.
