Description

For sale is a used SLS (Security Lock And Safe) 5000 model high security safe. Door of the safe is 61/2" thick. It comprises an outer steel skin that is 3/8" thick, keyed to this is an anti-penetration high density concrete. Behind that is a pyramid faced torch and tool resistant alloy slab 1 1/2" thick which is secured to the inner steel plate that is also 3/8" thick. There is a thickness of 3 1/2" of barrier material protecting the locks. The body of the safe comprises inner and outer steel plates that are 1/4" thick. Attached to the inner plate is a torch and drill resistant alloy slab 1" thick.
In front of that is an anti penetration monolith containing carbon steel fibers which has been vibrated to remove any air bubbles. This security concrete exceeds 11,500 PSI. Embedded within the concrete are also ceramic plates to protect the lock and boltwork areas. These plates are a vitrified ceramic material THAT Will destroy drill bits and disc cutter blades The body of the safe is 4 3/4' thick.
Safe is secured by a brand new LaGard four number mechanical combination lock which has the possibility of 100,000,000 combination's. Safe also has two anti-explosive devices and glass plate protection over the lock. It also has three way active boltwork with dog-bolts on the hinge side of the door. This truly is a torch, tool and explosive resistant safe.
Although small, this safe is extremely strong and would be perfect for a home or small business.
