Vintage 1950s Black Velvet Blouse Size S Imported Twill Velveteen

Description

Timeless, classic piece. Soft velvet with choker collar, velvet covered buttons down the back, scoop back, sleeveless. Tag says "Country Set by Margit Imported Italian Twill Back Velveteen".
Measurements: waist is 28, bust is 32, collar is only 12.5 inches! 21 inches top to bottom.
Issues: missing one button in the back, and one of the hooks at the collar (there are two eyes made of thread, it still fastens with just one). Also a spot on the right back panel that needs to be cleaned, I think it was a spider web that I can't lint brush off, should come out with dry cleaning.
