    Description

    This Vintage 3D Plaque of the U.S. Capitol - Washington D.C. is an unusual work of art with a LOT OF DETAIL.  It was made in the USA by the Syroco Manufacturing Co. for the Syracuse Ornamental Co. using Molded Wood Pulp that resembled Hand Carving.  This one was then finished to look like dark wood.  The plaque measures 9" x 6 1/2".  Condition is "used" - two of the corners have been "dinged" and I noticed a small crack on the bottom edge, but none of these affect the look of the piece.  Will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail.
