Vintage Cobalt Blue Glass Washington DC Souvenir Mug Stein Cup

A Vintage Washington DC Mug. Measures about 5 1/4" in height.
CONDITION:  In nice shape. Some surface scratches, tarnish and discoloration to the metal bands, and some bumps and roughness along the seams and edges.
I purchase all of my items at auctions, estate sales and flea markets so cannot be sure of their history or whether they've come from smoke-free or pet-free homes.  I do my best to list any damage or use, but I'm not an expert.  So if there's something specific you need to know before bidding, please ask.
