Vintage Milano (Alberto Masi) Frame and Fork 46 cm.

Description

Time capsule from Milano Sport in Greenwich, Ct. This was a showroom bike ridden only around the parking lot for a few hundred meters. The kit has been sold on another frame, hence just the frame and fork are for sale here. Frame was tig welded by Alberto Masi in Milan,
Italy. Tubing is Dedacciai SC6110.A, virtually the same alloy as Scandium from Easton. Fork is from Advanced Composites with alloy fork column but full carbon body. Fork column is oe inch diameter.  Frames measures 46 cm. center to center with an effective top tube length of 50.5 cm. Bottom bracket threads are Italian. Seat post size is 27.2. Chain stay length is 40.5 cm. Rear triangle spacing is 130 mm. Fork rake is 43 cm. It requires 32 mm. clamp on front derailleur. Rear dropout hanger is a common one from Deda Elementi. Cable guides are external for easy set up. This is a very light weight frame comparable to most carbon frames but without the dead ride of so many Chinese frames. Very reactive without being "twitchy."
