Vintage Raleigh Frame Set 54cm 57cm Lugged Steel Road Touring 60s 70s

Description

Vintage Raleigh frame set. I think this is 60s or 70s, model unknown.  Has an unusual fork mount that may be for a light.   Headset included, have not been inspected.  One BB cup present, can attempt to remove once I locate that tool.  There is a ding on the NDS seat stay from a generator, this is shown in the pics.  Scratches and marks throughout.
