    Description

    For sale is a vintage Washington D.C. collector or souvenir plate.  Made by CAPSCO, Capital Souvenir Co. in Washington, D.C.  This has a modified scalloped edge with a gold border with an etched filigree design inside.  The gold is slightly worn in some spots.  The coloring on the inside has a dark look in the mostly black etchings with a hint of red, green, yellow.  Measures about 9" across.  In good condition with no chips or cracks.  Any questions, please feel free to e-mail me.
