vintage women's long sleeve button down blouse face rhinestones

Description

This is a vintage women's long sleeve button down blouse, The maker of this blouse is unknown as the label is faded (see pictures).  This blouse has shoulder pads and may be from the 1980's 1990's
Color is white with a graphic design of a woman's face on the right front chest.  The face has rhinestone pupils within the eyes and rhinestone earrings.  On the left front chest is two lip prints.  The pointed color is decorated with blue eyes and rhinestones for pupils.  On the back, right side of the blouse, is also decorated with a pair of blue eyes with rhinestone pupils.
The blouse has a tag that says it is a size small.  The blouse measure 18 inches from shoulder to shoulder and 29 inches in length.
I have had this blouse professionally dry cleaned.  However, there is a small blemish on the left side of the blouse under the second lip print (see pictures).  There is also some wear around the rhinestone pupil on the right side collar.
